IT expert Gent Progni has revealed that a criminal complaint will be filed at Special Prosecution against Organized Crime and Corruption (SPAK) for the grants given by the Ministry of State for the Protection of Entrepreneurship, directed by Edona Bilali, after deficiencies have been discovered.

Progni said that it has been possible to discover a scheme on how money and grants are given to people connected to the minister.

"We have discovered a person connected as an employee of the minister in the company that previously had consultancy and auditing, which received a lot of money but did not lead to any ideas. 

We are preparing a denunciation to submit it to SPAK that we have found many shortcomings, people who are only related to the minister have no idea, they have not presented anything and they only got the money because they have a relationship with the minister. 

We discovered the company that dealt with the minister's campaign when she was running, a company that did not deliver any ideas but received a lot of money”, stated Progni.
