Former President of Albania, Ilir Meta, who is arrested this Monday is under accuse by the Special Prosecution against Corruption (SPAK) for three criminal offenses 'Money laundry', 'Corruption' and 'Non declaring the assets'. 

According to SPAK, Ilir Meta and his ex-wife, Monika Kryemadhi did not declared the expenses of the money for chirurgical treatments.  

Meanwhile the father of the actual MP of the Liberation Party, Erisa Xhixho, Pirro Xhixho is under 'House Arrest' as the person who helped Meta for 'Money Laundry', while Ema Çoku is considered as a collaborator of Meta and Kryemadhi.
