A man, who murdered a 33-year-old a year ago, was arrested this Wednesday in Hot i Ri village in Shkoder.

He is the 21-year-old, Luçian Mehilli, who along with his two brothers killed Valter Fjerza in 2023.

He was condemned in absentia with jail, but he could arrested just today. 

The event happened in a bar, after a banal conflict between the perpetrator and the victim.
