Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, has reacted after the meeting in Brussels. 

Kurti said that he did not sign anything, because Serbia was not ready to do such a thing.

"Today we had a positive, constructive meeting in Brussels and this meeting was confirmation that the European proposal is acceptable and unchangeable. I said earlier that it is a good basis and a solid platform to move forward. Now, moving forward will be for the implementation plan, but there will also be another high-level meeting, somewhat in the middle of March, again with Borrell and Lajçak as mediators”, noted Kurti
