The court has ordered the seizure of the hotel and restaurant "Diella" in Ishull-Lezhë, as it is without a regular construction permit. 

This business is registered in the name of Ndue Pal Loshi and turns out to be 755 m2. After the investigations, it turns out that this construction permit was given in violation of the law, since the land is a protected area and belongs to the state. 

Ardian Mlika made the denunciation, where he showed that various works are being carried out there, such as throwing inert materials into the surface waters of the lagoon with the aim of expanding the activity. 

In these circumstances, the real estate was built with an illegally granted building permit, without a certificate for the land where the business is located.
