Kosova Police plans to act according to the decision of the Government regarding the decision on illegal license plates.

The police have confirmed that starting from November 22, the police will start imposing fines on the drivers of vehicles with license plates issued by the Serbian authorities for circulation in Kosova. 

"As it was announced according to the decision on license plates No. 05/103, until November 21, the reprimand measure was foreseen, while after this date from November 22, the Kosova Police will start the implementation of the imposition of the fine according to the legislation in force, which according to the assessment and the police plan is expected to start on this date (22.11.22) during the morning shift", the spokesperson of the Kosova Police stated. 

Kosova Police continuously monitors the latest developments, and based on the assessments, takes the necessary measures. 

"Regarding the current situation and developments in the country, the Kosova Police continuously monitored these developments and in the operational aspect made professional assessments in accordance with which they took necessary, reasonable and legal measures for the implementation of the law and the decisions of the state authorities of Kosova", spokesperson emphasized.
