A 62-year-old man is in criminal proceedings after he was caught transporting small cattle, illegally brought into our country. 

It is about the citizen with the initials N.A., a resident of the village of Kushë in the Great Highlands, who was caught by the Border Police services, on the "Hani Hotit - Shkodër" road axis, while he was transporting 12 head of cattle, imported from Montenegro illegally. 

"Investigative structures referred the materials to the Prosecutor's Office and the proceedings began in a free state for the citizen N. A., 62 years old, resident in the village of Kushë, Malësi e Madhe, after he was caught by the services of the Border Police, on the road axis "Hani Hotit - Shkodër", transported 12 heads of small cattle that are suspected to have been illegally introduced into our country, from Montenegro", the police informs. 

Furthermore, the Police of Shkodra also announced that they arrested the citizen F. P., 45 years old, resident of the village of Hot i Ri, Shkodër, in the act, after having committed violence against his wife. 

The procedural materials for both cases were handed over to the Prosecutor's Office at the Shkodër Judicial District Court for further action.
