Edmond Sula, also known as Ali Sula, was fatally shot at his home in Vorë on July 12, police confirmed.

The 50-year-old is believed to have been struck by a single round fired from a high-precision, scoped firearm. Preliminary findings indicate that no shell casing was recovered at the scene, suggesting the weapon may have been fired from a distance.

According to initial investigative findings, Sula was involved in the buying and selling of real estate. Investigators are examining whether disputes related to his business activities may have played a role in the killing, with property-related conflicts considered one of the primary lines of inquiry.
