Milan Radojcic Released from Detention, Banned Entering Kosovo
Court in Belgrade released Milan Radoicic from detention, a day after the interrogation.
Judge of the preliminary procedure has rejected the proposal of the High Public Prosecutor's Office in Belgrade to determine the detention measure for Radoicic, after the interrogation.
On its part, the prosecution requested detention on the grounds of the risk of escape.
With the decision of October 4, he was forbidden to leave the territory of Serbia, without the approval of the court, and he was forbidden to go to the territory of Kosovo.
According to this decision, he will have to appear at the competent police station on the 1st and 15th of every month.
It has been said that his travel document, namely the passport of the Republic of Serbia, has been temporarily confiscated, and he has been warned that he may be detained if he violates his rights and obligations.
He is accused of purchasing weapons, ammunition and explosive devices of great destructive power from Tuzla in Bosnia and Herzegovina, from January 2023 to September 24.
