In the extraordinary press conference, President Ilir Meta spoke about three gangs in Durrës who are terrorizing the people of Durrës not to vote for the Socialist Movement for Integration (SMI). 

"There are three gangs in Durrës, two well-known gangs Dako of Shijak and Durrës, Ard Çela of OSHEE who buys votes and the third who should have been in prison but SPAK did not have much time, is Lefter Koka, who terrorizes the girls and women not to vote SMI that made him a minister, carried on its shoulders all the mud of corruption of Lefter Koka and his son's wrongdoings. He goes house to house along with police and other wanted persons who have been released from prison to buy votes by order of Edi Rama," said Meta.

He further denounces with photos the abusive scheme of incinerators according to him with the money of the Albanians, for which he said that the evidence is in the prosecutor's office and the internationals should also hear this.

"Here you have the three incinerators, here is Klodian Zoto, the boss of the incinerators, the evasion of 22 million and a few euros, which is stolen from the Albanian state, money that has to go to hospitals, fire extinguishers reimbursed by covid. The same money is needed by the gang to buy votes, and the great concern of Edi Rama is the growth of SMI.
