The number of Covid-19 infections drastically decreased this Sunday but so did the tests. Health Ministry informed that 290 people have tested positive in the last 24 hours out of 766 tests done nationwide by public and private hospitals. 

As usually, most of the cases were in Tirana (79), Fier (45), Vlore (15), Durres and Kavaje (13), Shkoder (12), etc. There are actually 6030 people with an active covid-19 infection nationwide while 34 of them are hospitalized due to a critical health condition. 

Unfortunately even the number of victims increased with over 10 victims in a week, and just one in the last 24 hours. On the bright side, 448 citizens recovered bringing the total number of those recovered since the beginning of pandemic to 278,440.
