New Deputy Minister of Infrastructure, Energy Appointed

Prime Minister Edi Rama in Wednesday's meeting has appointed Enkelejda Muçaj as Deputy Minister of Infrastructure and Energy.

She was until June of this year in the position of State Attorney, as she defended the state in the lawsuit against the Italian businessman, Francesco Becchetti in the Arbitration that Albania lost. 

Muçaj has also been the Legal Advisor to the Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports of Albania. She has also provided expertise to Albanian government authorities on the harmonization of national legislation with international intellectual property law. She will now be Deputy Minister in the Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy. 

Full decision: 

Pursuant to Article 100 of the Constitution and point 2, article 6, of law no. 9000, dated 30.1.2003, "On the organization and functioning of the Council of Ministers", on the proposal of the Prime Minister, the Council of Ministers decided: 

Mrs. Enkelejda Muçaj to be appointed Deputy Minister of Infrastructure and Energy. 

This decision enters into force immediately.
