The Parliament of Albania will hold Wednesday a plenary session although 3 of its members have resulted positive with the novel coronavirus. During the session, discussions will revolve around 10 draft-laws and 2 normative acts related to regional development, government’s budget and sports.

In line with order number 42 of the Speaker of Parliament Gramoz Ruçi, another normative act regarding administrative measures for the pandemic duration will be in focus. More bills are related to amendments on tax and revenue, monitoring system, financial accounts information, tax procedure, immovable properties benefiting owners and citizenship.

On Tuesday, the Parliament decided to shorten sessions and discussions’ time as Elio Hysko of the Socialist Party, Enver Roshi of the parliamentary opposition, MP Ralf Gjoni and Tirana’s Mayor Erion Veliaj were infected by the virus.
