Prime Minister Edi Rama has declared Wednesday that the number of tourists entering Albania during this 2022 summer season has surpassed "every prediction".

Through the social networks, the Albanian Head of Government proclaimed that there has been an "extraordinary flow" of foreign visitor arrivals entering the country these days in the Port of Durrës, as he wished a "good day" to his fellow citizens.

"GOOD MORNING, and with the extraordinary flows of these days in the Port of Durrës, in a tourist season that is recording numbers of foreign visitor arrivals, beyond any prediction, I wish you a good day" wrote Rama.

In a report, which said that "Population of the beaches has decreased by 50%, while bars and restaurants claim that the activity has decreased by at least 30-40 percent", the opposite of Rama's claim was noticed few days back.
