Prime Minister Edi Rama has posted a photo from the grave of his parents, Kristaq and Aneta Rama, on the 1st anniversary of the death of his mother. 

Through a short message on social networks, the Prime Minister says that he begs to be worthy of their love. 

"When the father dies you become a man, when the mother dies you become a child and when both look down on you, you pray to be worthy of their love…", writes Rama. 

A year ago, on August 1, 2020, 82-year-old Aneta Rama passed away.
