The State Police provided official information on the arrest of Plaurent Dervishaj in Abu Dhabi.

Plaurent Dervishaj was declared wanted as a suspect involved in two sensational murders of 2005, where Vajdin Lamaj and Klodian Saliu remained victims.

Dervishaj was declared wanted as part of Operation 'Nothing is forgotten', as a result of which two murders that took place in 2005 were uncovered and documented.

'His arrest was made by Interpol counterparts ABU DHABI (United Arab Emirates), after being declared internationally wanted by the OCA Interpol Tirana, on the international arrest warrant issued by the Special Prosecution against Corruption and Organized Crime, based on the exchange of information with the State Police, where after legal verifications it turned out that the arrested person is Plaurent Dervishaj,” police stated.
