While presenting the Socialist Party's Reconstruction Project for next elections, Prime Minister Rama says that a building can not be built for 15 months, referring to the reconstruction process after the tragic earthquake of November 26, 2019. 

Rama stressed that nowhere in the world has it happened that new homes for families affected by the earthquake are provided 100% free of charge. He called on all undecided to take part in the elections on April 25, and gave the following example. 

"Everywhere the practices are based on soft loans or household expenses for the homes they get back, but nowhere is the notion of 100% free home used. 

Only 15 months have passed. Tell me a builder who builds a palace in 15 months. 15 months not when the excavator comes out and the keys are given, but with the idea of ​​the project until the end. 

They say the elections have come, so the houses are being built, so the planes are landing at the Kukës airport ... No! These are projects started 3 years ago. To get to the construction site we had to match ownership documents, family and we also entered the housing documents. 

In houses where 1, 2, 3 and 4 head of families have lived together in one house, we have built houses for each one of them. Projects have been made, construction studios have been engaged, foreign engineers have been coordinated with local ones," declared Rama.
