Heavy rains flooded the 'Arber' road this Tuesday as police advised drivers to be careful if they will use this road. 

The highest level of rain, was recorded in Gjorica and Çereneci bridges, while it is suspected that the drainage channels didn't worked properly.

Meanwhile, in the Murriz by-pass there is a continuous fall of stones, but they have not become the cause of the total blocking of vehicle traffic. 

On the other hand, the civil defense structures in Dibër District appeal to the residents to notify them of any problems that may appear during the following hours as the intensity of the rain is expected to increase.
