Prime Minister Edi Rama has unveiled this Wednesday information regarding the construction of Elbasan-Qafe Thane road segment as part of the 8th corridor, already included in the European network.

On a social networks statement, Prime Minister Rama said that this axis will radically shorten the distances and will turn into an interurban road with four lanes.

"Construction site for the expansion of the Elbasan-Qafë Thane road, where work continues on the construction of underpasses, an automobile bridge, an axis that will radically shorten distances and turn into a four-lane interurban road, as part of the 8th corridor already included in the European network", declared Rama.
