The President of the Republic, Bajram Begaj, has commemorated Azem Hajdari on the 25th anniversary of his murder, while describing him as one of the main figures in the founding of the Democratic Party. 

In his message, the president honours Azem Hajdari, calling him the 'Hero of Democracy'. 

"Honour and respect for the 'Hero of Democracy', Azem Hajdari. 

The leader of December '90 with his bravery and courage will be remembered for generations as the leader of democracy," Begaj said.
