President Ilir Meta wished all Bektashi believers the Holy Feast of Abaz Ali!

According to the legend Abaz Ali, the grandson of the Prophet Mohammed, was wounded in a battle fighting to protect Islam and for his profound sense of believe, god put his grace on him and his horse, that was made to leap giant steps - one at the foot of the mountain and the next to the top. The site where the horse landed is considered holy ground and people sacrifice animals and light candles to ask for the forgiveness of their sins. Although based on a Muslim legend the site and feast is not only visited by Muslim pilgrims.
