President Decrees Several New Albanian Ambassadors
President of the Republic, Bajram Begaj, has decreed the release from duty of several Albanian ambassadors in various countries of the world and the appointment of new ambassadors in some of these countries.
The news was announced by the Presidency through a press release, which includes the names of the outgoing ambassadors and the new ambassadors who will represent our country.
Announcement of the Presidency:
President of the Republic, in implementation of his constitutional and legal powers, based on Article 92, letter "dh", Article 93 of the Constitution, as well as Article 26, point 2 of Law no. 23/2015, "For the foreign service of the Republic of Albania" at the proposal of the Prime Minister, decreed the dismissals and appointments of Ambassadors as follows:
Released by Decree no. 103 dated 10.7.2023 Mr. Ridi Kurtezi from the position of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Albania in Montenegro, resident.
Released by Decree no. 104 dated 10.7.2023 Mr. Artur Kuko from the position of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Albania to the Federal Republic of Germany, resident.
Released by Decree no. 105 dated 10.7.2023 Mr. Kastriot Robo from the office of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Albania to the Republic of Turkey, resident, and from the office of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Albania to the Republic of Azerbaijan, to the Islamic Republic of Iran, to the Republic of Kyrgyzstan, in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, in Georgia, in the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan and in the Republic of Kazakhstan, non-resident.
