The President of the Republic, Ilir Meta received this Monday in a meeting the Ambassador of the Republic of Indonesia to Albania, resident in Sofia, Iwan Bogananta, on the occasion of the presentation of Letters of Credence.

President Meta congratulated the Ambassador on his appointment and assured him of support in the successful fulfilment of his mission in Albania.

The Head of State praised the good relations between the two countries and expressed the will to further promote them in areas of mutual interest, especially economic and trade, renewable energy sector, tourism, agriculture, agribusiness, as well as the digitalization of transport.
