Bad news for the Albanian boxer Florian Marku. He failed in the official weigh-in for the match against Maxim Prodan. 

According to foreign media, Florian Marku is overweight compared to Maxim Prodan. So Mark has only two hours left to lose weight and balance with Prodan. Meanwhile, according to foreign media, Mark has to lose about two-fifths of a kilogram, within two hours to save the fight for the title. 

There would be tolerance for this almost negligible weight if there was no title in the middle, but since there is, Marku must do his best to balance the weight with Prodan. The Albanian has been given two hours to lose the extra pounds and go out to measure again with Prodan.

Florian Marku will face Maxim Prodan on Saturday to try and take the IBF International welterweight title, which is held by the Ukrainian boxer since 2019. Albanian Florian Marku has no losses in his career.
