Russian President Vladimir Putin will discuss Ukraine with a group of African leaders in a working dinner at a summit later this week, Russian news agencies have reported.  

The Russian president will host the leaders in St Petersberg on 28 July, Kremlin foreign policy adviser Yury Ushakov was quoted as saying.  

The state news outlet RIA quoted Mr Ushakov as saying that 17 African heads of state would speak at the Russia-Africa summit, which takes place this Thursday and Friday.
