Re-establishment Commission is organizing elections on Saturday and Sunday in about 70% of the branches of the Democratic Party, while DP’s Commission for Organization and Control of Electoral Operations of the Democratic Party has announced that elections will be held for Chairman in 8 branches of the political entity this Saturday.

According to the announcement, the voting process will open at 8.00 and close at 18.00, but in case there are still voters in the Voting Centers, the process will continue even after 18.00, until the last member of the DP of the respective branch has voted.

Meanwhile, these elections are being organized on the eve of the Congress on April 30 and the Commission for Organization and Control of Electoral Operations will be notified about the postponement of the voting.

So far, the elections have been organized in Fier, Mallakastër, Roskovec, Fushë-Krujë and Selenica, while the process will be closed on April 20.

Commission for the Organization and Control of Electoral Operations invites all DP members of the above-mentioned branches to become part of the voting process for the election of the Chairman of their branch according to the principle "one member one vote", for a more united, stronger and more open Democratic Party.
