Special Forces RENEA carried out controls in Elbasan in the fruit and vegetable market, which is owned by Suel Çela, who continues to be wanted. 

According to sources, controls have been made for his location. So, it is learned that 5 people were accompanied. 
Suel Çela, also known as Marjus Lulaj, ordered the murder of businessman Lulzim Masha near the Artificial Lake, a murder attempt which failed. 

Also, Special Anti-Corruption Structure (SPAK) suspects that he also ordered the murder of Elton Kila. The attack on administrator Lulzim Masha took place on January 18, 2022. Fortunately, Masha escaped without being hit by bullets. 

Çela requested the Special Court to change the security measure from prison arrest to a lighter security measure. Since May of last year, Çela was declared wanted after the testimony of the penitent of justice, Nuredin Dumani
