Border Police cracked down on another case of non-declaration of money at the border by seizing GBP 67.850, while a 63-year-old man from Tunisia was prosecuted.

It is about citizen J. D, who was prosecuted for the criminal offense "Failure to declare money and valuables at the border."

"The Border Police Services in Rinas, as a result of the increase of controls, in order to prevent and crack down on illegality, based on the risk analysis, at the entrance of the Republic of Albania, have passed for control in the second line, the citizen J.D, 63 years old, born in Tunisia and resident in England. 

During the search, the above-mentioned citizen, in his backpack and luggage, the Border Police services, found and seized as material evidence GBP 67.850," Rinas Border Police announced.
