Vasili has called on the judiciary to set in motion what he calls a scandal.
"51.6 million euros for the lost trials in Strasbourg in the Court of Human Rights!
The European Court of Human Rights has ruled that the state must pay 51.6 million euros for trials where individuals have approached this court for state injustices against them.
State Attorney Odise Moçka confirmed to the Law Commission this high figure of 51.6 million euros as compensation for lost trials in the European Court of Human Rights. Millions of euros will be paid from the sweat and sacrifice taxes of Albanians due to the arbitrary injustices that the state does to individuals.
So do not pay state officials who violate the law, but pay citizens from their taxes and the culprits remain unpunished. The Prosecution and the SPAK to urgently investigate this financial crime with consequences of billions of ALL and bring the perpetrators to justice", declared Vasili.
