The Special Prosecution against Corruption (SPAK) did not review the denouncement made against the brother of Prime Minister, Olsi Rama made by the democrat, Gazment Bardhi.

According to SPAK, Gazment Bardhi did not made a denounce at the prosecution.

"Gazment Bardhi has not filed a criminal complaint at the prosecutor's office or against the citizen Olsi Rama. As long as it is not proven that the accused has committed the fact that he has been accused of, then guilt is not proven either,", it is stated in the letter that the SPAK prosecutor office.

According to SPAK, Bardhi did not made criminal charges.
