The Special Prosecution against Corruption (SPAK) required Tuesday the confiscation of 31 properties of Ervis Martinaj, disappeared years ago.

In an official statement, SPAK clarifies that Martinaj is suspected for a structured criminal group and his properties must be confiscated by the state. 

Among them are many companies, a casino, a villa in Surrel village of Tirana, 5 vehicles, two apartments in Tirana and Vlora and other properties in Saranda, Dhermi, Patok and Fushe-Kuqe.

Martinaj results disappeared since August 2022. Police is investigating the case, but so far nothing was discovered.
