The Special Prosecution against Corruption (SPAK) closed investigations against the former mayor of Porgradec Eduart Kapri and the case to the court for 'Abuse of Duty'. 

According to this prosecution, at the end of the investigations was proved that Kapri committed the criminal offense of 'Abuse of Duty'.

In collaboration with the citizens Besmira Niko and Besjan Meco they allowed the construction of a 14-store building of the company Gedi sh.p.k., with administrator the citizen Gëzim Kapri, who is the brother of the former mayor.
