Road Police Officer, Edi Veli, head of the Section of the State Administrative Body, at the Tirana Local Police Directorate, died prematurely Friday due to a cardiac arrest. 

Edi was a career officer of the Road Traffic Police, who over the years has given his invaluable contribution and dedication in the professional performance of his duties. A condolence has also come from the Tirana Police for the loss of their colleague.

"Today, our late colleague, Commissioner Edi Veli, head of the Section of the State Administrative Body, near the Tirana Local Police Directorate, died prematurely, in the line of duty, due to a cardiac arrest. 

Edi was a career officer of the Road Traffic Police, who over the years has given his invaluable contribution and dedication in the professional performance of his duties. 

Today, the family lost the man of the heart, the society the hokatar friend and every Police officer, colleague and respected professional. The State Police expresses its sincere condolences to his family and relatives. Rest in peace Edi!", stated the Police.
