A man was shot dead this Friday morning in Zall Mner village of Tirana.

The victim is Lulzim Visha, 48-year-old, resident in Kamez.

He was found around 07:40 am this morning lifeless in his vehicle.

He was driving to work when he was shot. He worked as a postman.

So far police suspects that he was killed due to blood feud as his brothers killed a man years ago.

He results to be the brother of Besnik Visha, who killed Refik Domin in 1997.
