The perpetrator of Mehmet Qema's murder surrendered to the police this Tuesday, only a few hours after killing his friend. 

The serious incident happened last night on "5 Maj" Street in the capital, where Marjus Dema shot his friend Mehmet Qema, who died in the hospital. 

Marjus Dema is the suspected perpetrator of this murder. Meanwhile, another person, Frankli Myftari also surrendered to the police. 

It is learned that they surrendered after police negotiations with lawyers and their families, following the event that took place on Monday night at "5 Maji" area in Tirana, resulting in the murder of 27-year-old.
