A controlled TNT explosion has occurred shortly after Tuesday midnight on "Sami Frashëri" street, near "Wilson" square in Tirana, as reported this Wednesday morning. 

Police announced that the intentional explosive blast took place at the outer door of a cosmetics store. 

Fortunately, nobody was killed or injured as a result of the explosion, despite the fact that there was only material damage. 

On their part, the investigators are working on clarifying the causes of this incident, as well as the identification and capture of the perpetrator. 

"On 19.10.2022, around 00:15, on "Sami Frashëri" street, in the cosmetic store of citizen E. P., a quantity of explosives is suspected to have exploded. 

As a result, there is only material damage", said the police.
