Two Dead, Dozens Injured in Kyiv Russian Missile Attacks

Two people were killed and dozens injured in Russian rocket attacks this morning on the Ukrainian capital Kiev and the northeastern city of Kharkiv, authorities said.

According to the Ukrainian authorities, there are also children among the wounded.

This morning's Russian bombardment of Kiev was carried out with cruise missiles and ballistic missiles, the spokesman for the Military Administration of the Ukrainian capital, Mykhailo Shamanov, told the United News channel.

"Today the capital was hit with a combined attack. The first Kh-101 and Kh-555 cruise missiles were launched from the Caspian Sea area. And then, it was attacked with ballistic missiles, most likely Iskander," said Shamanov.
