Socialist Movement for Integration (SMI) Vice-Chairman, Petrit Vasili, has reacted after the US banned the former Prime Minister, Sali Berisha from entering the country, stating that Prime Minister Edi Rama on the other hand is "non-grata" with the law and democracy. 

Vasili lists 21 reasons why according to him Edi Rama has exercised unprecedented violence against democracy and the law and he shouldn't be tolerated. According to Vasili, the amnesty of Rama's faults, by anyone, both inside and outside the country, is an act of hostility towards Albania. 

Petrit Vasili's statement:

Edi Rama "non-grata" with law and democracy, here are the facts! Edi Rama, based on the deceptive strategy that: "turn the rumors about the opponents into facts, and turn the facts about himself into rumors" thinks that he can throw them away and escape in front of the screaming facts. 

It is a duty not to forget anything from the unprecedented violence against democracy and law, that Edi Rama has exercised during all these years and that have turned Albania into this miserable situation where it is today. 

Specifically: 
1. Edi Rama has been sued in the prosecutor's office for the destruction of the 2017 elections when he called on the police to drop their uniforms and vote for the renaissance. 
2. Edi Rama has been sued for the pressure on the police officer Emiliano Nuhu, whose denunciations against the renaissance and its people were all confirmed, so he lives in a political asylum outside Albania. 
3. Edi Rama publicly threatened the police officer Dritan Zagani for 100% true information about the drug abuse in Albania so he lives in a political asylum outside Albania. 
4. Edi Rama gave political protection to Saimir Tahiri by rejecting in the parliament the request of the prosecution for his arrest. 
5. Edi Rama resulted from the interceptions of the prosecution personally involved in file 184 of Dibra where everyone heard with their own ears himself as the perpetrator of the electoral massacre of Dibra in 2016. 
6. Edi Rama gave public protection and representation posts to all ministers, MPs and directors included in File 184. 
7. Edi Rama has given open public support and a political role to Vangjush Dako after the US decision against him. 
8. Edi Rama elected the General Prosecutor with 69 votes, tearing down the newly approved justice reform. 
9. Edi Rama has given public protection and has made public pressure on justice for every minister and senior official accused of corruption for tenders, concessions and all procedures with flagrant legal violations. 
10. The rhetoric of Edi Rama has been violence and open pressure on justice and the public in every case of accusation against him, his family and associates. 
11. Edi Rama with his signature filled the parliament with MPs and the local government with mayors with criminal records. 
12. Edi Rama destroyed, manipulated and criminalized all the elections administered by him, whether in the masquerade of the 2017 elections, the monist voting in 2019 and the last massacre on April 25, 2021. 
13. Europe asked him to lift the law on defamation against the media, but Edi Rama did the exact opposite, in the most anti-democratic way to violate freedom of expression. 
14. Europe asked him not to destroy the Theater and Edi Rama did the opposite with the Government Decision, which he leads, destroyed the Theater at the height of the pandemic. 
15. Europe asked him to stop the agreement with the United Arab Emirates for the port of Durres after the Stabilization and Association Agreement was flagrantly violated while Edi Rama continued without stopping against the request of Europe. 
16. Europe has demanded an immediate cessation of actions and rhetoric regarding the issue of Kosovo-Serbia borders as a critical moment of destabilization with serious consequences. 
17. Edi Rama also sued Prime Minister Haradinaj for denouncing Rama's renegade role in the anti-national border issue. 
18. Edi Rama was proven as a violator of American laws regarding the photo in the campaign of President Obama, when he was introduced as Bilali's wife and where he was paid illegal money according to American laws and where Bilali himself was convicted, an event which has been widely reported in the US media based on FBI information. 
19. Edi Rama intervened with violent language in the US presidential campaign, publicly insulting Mr. Trump on CNN, one of the largest media in America and the world. 
20. Under Edi Rama's rule, Albania re-entered the blacklist of money laundering countries and turned into a giant money-laundering machine that is known worldwide. 
21. Under Edi Rames, according to the US State Department, Albania became a base of operations for organized crime groups operating in the United States, Europe, the Middle East and South America, and where the rule of law is weak. have created an ideal environment for organized crime groups that cause the problem of drug control in Albania. 

Can these be forgotten? Can I close my eyes in front of them? Never! Amnesty for these very serious crimes of Edi Rames by anyone, inside and outside the country, would be a real act of hostility towards Albania and Albanians.
