Mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliaj was called this Thursday by the Special Prosecution against Corruption (SPAK). 

He appeared calm while dozens gathered to protest against him.

The Mayor of the capital of Albania stayed for over five hours and refused to speak for the journalists after he left the special prosecution.

With the help of his bodyguards he managed to leave, although the was asked why he stayed so long.

On the other side, the protesters gathered outside SPAK called him a thief and threw paper fireworks against him.

Just two days ago, even his wife, Ajola Xoxe was called at SPAK.
