The Court of Appeal has imposed the "house arrest" measure for Nikolin Janina, who is accused of being the head of a criminal group in Spain.
The Albanian businessman, Nikolin Janina, was arrested on May 6 with the intention of extradition to Spain, but the court left him in prison pending the complete investigation file from Spain, while today he was released from his cell under "house arrest".
