President of the Republic Bajram Begaj received in a meeting this Friday the former president of Kosovo, Fatmir Sejdiu.

Begaj says that he appreciated Sejdi's role and contribution in the establishment and consolidation of Kosovo's institutions.

"With the President of Kosovo, Fatmir Sejdiu (2006-2010), exchanges of thoughts and ideas regarding the development of negotiations between Kosovo and Serbia, as well as the expected commitments to the European Union and the United States for the implementation of the agreement reached in Ohrid. I appreciated the role and contribution of President Sejdiu in the establishment and consolidation of Kosovo's institutions. Today, Kosovo is an irreversible and inalienable reality that has a place in the EU, NATO, UN and all international organizations", he writes.
