City of Skanderbeg, Kruja has been visited by Arbëresh people from Calabria, Italy, on the occasion of its 555th anniversary of liberation.

Fascinated by the beauties of the city of Kruja, initially the Arbëresh visited the monument of our National Hero Skanderbeg in the center of the city of Kruja.

Then the group of Arbëresh has crossed the road from the town square to the old characteristic bazaar of "derexhik" to the city muse.

During this trip, the Arbëresh group sang various Arbëresh and traditional Albanian songs. Fascinated by the Arbëresh performance, the citizens of Kruta joined the anthem of Arbëresh songs.

A greeting ceremony was held at the premises of the National Museum by the present authorities.

The ceremony was greeted by the President of Vatra in Istanbul Bora Zukali, Leaders of the municipalities of San Benedetto and Casalvechios, as well as the heir of Skanderbeg Hero Loris Castriota, who paid homage and then visited the castle of Kruja.

The square with the name "Tanush Topia" was also inaugurated by the commander of the Kruja castle.
