Bad Weather throughout Albania, Defence Minister Gives Details
The Ministry of Defence has provided new details on the situation created by bad weather across the country.
Through a reaction on Facebook, Minister Niko Paleshi has informed that the Civil Emergency teams and the Armed Forces are continuing their work on the ground, while there is no expansion of the map of the affected areas.
Among other things, in the district of Gjirokastra, work is being done to return to normality the road axis that connects the city of Gjirokastra with the villages of Karjan, Mingul and Gjat, blocked due to heavy rains, while in the district of Korça, intensive work is being done to repairing the bridge that was damaged in the village of Panarit.
"The Civil Emergency teams and the Armed Forces continue without stopping the commitment to manage the situation created by the severe weather, where fortunately there is no expansion of the map of the affected areas.

The situation in the district of Dibra and Lezha is being followed with maximum attention, where due to the rains that continue with high intensity, there are road blockages.
