Safet Bajri was arrested this Friday by order of the Special Court against Corruption (GJKKO), while two other arrests warrants were issued for Behar Bajrin and Astmir Bilalin.

According to the Special Prosecution all of them are accused for murder and structural criminal group.

From the investigations conducted within the framework of this criminal proceeding, which is related to several criminal events that occurred in the city of Shkodra in 2018, it results that evidence has been collected on which a reasonable suspicion has been created that the persons under investigation have planned, organized and carried out on 10.08.2018, in the city of Shkodra, the murder with a firearm of citizen Fatbardh Lici.
