The leader of the Democratic Party (DP), Lulzim Basha has reacted to the summoning at Special Prosecution against Organized Crime and Corruption (SPAK) of Socialist Mayor of Fier, Armando Subashi and the Socialist MP, Alqi Bllako over incinerators affair.

Basha stated that those who are today at the doors of SPAK are the best evidence for the slander made against DP. This statement was made as Basha was this afternoon in Rrogozhina at the presentation of the candidate for mayor in Rogozhina, Ferdinand Saraçi. 

"Everything is done behind his back, as he says. Do these people dare without Edi Rama's support? Without question no! Therefore, the commission will continue its work, despite the fact that it was interrupted once. They were forced to cooperate with our strategic partners, we will use the time we have with maximum efficiency. While those who have started appearing in front of the doors of SPAK are the best proof. Now they are in front of the doors of SPAK, very soon they will be where they deserve it. They are the best evidence that throws on the ground all the attacks, all the arrows, the slanders that they have directed against the DP, against you, against me, against our representatives, against the chairwoman of the commission and our members in the commission, against the Democratic Party of Albania which is the only shield of the public interest of Albanians. Two ministers are behind bars at 313. Others have their turn," stated Basha.
