The official Democratic Party sued at the Special Prosecution against Corruption (SPAK), the Parliament Speaker, Lindita Nikolla.

She was accused for 'duty abuse' committed in collaboration. 

The accuse made by the chairman, Lulzim Basha, came after the request of Gazment Bardhi for the return in the DP's Parliamentary Group the MPs excluded by Basha. 

"Nikolla has continuously affected the functioning of the DP parliamentary group by not implementing the decisions for the chairman and the leadership of the group, by dismissing and resolving the working relationships between the group and its advisers, by suspending in the period from October to March all administrative activity and parliamentary group, recognizing as group leader the deputies who, by the decision of the party's governing bodies, are not part of it," said Basha.

According to him, the implementation of the requests or announcements of certain MPs, who are not part of the DP and its parliamentary group, distorting the political will of the DP, constitute deliberate behavior.
