Cannabis Plants in Military Base, New Details Unveiled

New details from the state police operation that identified the parcel with 125 cannabis plants within the territory of the Zall Herri military unit, are revealed. 

It was the police drone that checked areas planted with cannabis and identified the area planted in the ward's territory. 

According to police sources, the plants were planted about 2 months ago and had reached a height of over 50 cm. 

The investigations of the police and the prosecutor's office will reveal the persons who planted the narcotic plants and why the leaders of the department did not report the situation. 

The police have handcuffed three employees of the department of Zall Herri; Head of the Security Section Gramoz Mullai, Intelligence Specialist Rustem Koçi and Security Specialist Gentian Zhurda, while criminally prosecuted the department commander, a deputy commander, a specialist and a storekeeper. 

These citizens, by their actions and inactions, abusing their duty, have allowed the cultivation of narcotic plants in the premises of the military ward.
