Tirana Court gave Saturday the security measure 'House Arrest' for the man who falsified forms for applicants that want an USA visa. Although Renato Nasto pretended that he did not made any thing that breaks the law, the court leave him in jail.

"I did not made any violation of the law. The only thing I made, was to help the Albanian citizens to apply for an USA visa. The pretends of the prosecution are not true. I take only 100-150 euro for my services. I also work as an taxis for additional payment for my living," said Nasto.

Court leaved in jail even the other arrested Klaudio Leçinin, Klaus Kapedanin and Xhemal Seserin. Meanwhile Klea Prifti was let in 'House Arrest'. 

Prosecution said that from the entirety of the investigative actions in the function of this proceeding, it results that the citizen Renato Nasto through the “Instagram” social network address named “visa_amerikane_insider” had posted the post “American visas with 100% guarantee.”  “We guarantee the provision with 10-year US visas. You pay only after your visa is approved. 0683318483” The citizen R.N. guaranteed obtaining a 10-year US visa by mean of his intervention at the Embassy against the amount of 10,000 euros.

He appeared on the day when the applicants had the interview at the consulate, at the US Embassy to obtain the visa. He accompanied them and instructed them on how to behave during the interview. After they finished the interview, in case they qualified for the visa (received the visa), the citizen R.N. received the amount of 10,000 euros.
