Court Postpones Decision on Salianji on September 26

The Appeal Court decided to postpone decision on democrat Member of Parliament, Ervin Salianji on September 26.

Salianji went to this court this Friday accompanied by Members of Parliament, while he is under accuse for defamation on 'Babale' case.

Speaking for the media, Salianji said that he is innocent and that he is accused because he denounced a drug trafficker who lived free in Albania.

"This is a long process. I faced court again because a person convicted of drug trafficking was living free in Albania, due to the protection given to him by his own brother, . As it is clear from the documents through the audio in the room, there is no fact how I can be incriminated in this matter," said Salianji.

Salianji was sentenced by the First Degree to 1 year in prison for making a false report related to the case.
