The Special Court against Corruption refused the request of Tirana Mayor, Erion Veliaj to return his phone. 

Veliaj pretended that the request made is based on the fact that the seizure of his phone was made on the day of the arrest, and it is illegal.

But the request was refused again by the judge, Erion Bani.

Veliaj was arrested on February 10, by SPAK order for passive corruption of the high officials, abuse of duty, money laundry and for hiding his wealth.
